Hey, I'm TK. I started Healthism in 2022 and I am a Jacksonville, FL native. Growing up, I understood chronic diseases such as cancer, heart disease, stroke, diabetes, and arthritis to be part of the aging cycle. Through growing and learning, I accept nutrition and fitness as medicine in effort to keep my body at its best version of optimal health.
