There's many ways to enjoy your Sea Moss applesauce pouch! Try it as a morning or daytime snack or blend with a smoothie! Sea moss is a health supplement, loaded with minerals and nutrients! Our sea moss is prepared as a gel. Our homemade applesauce is then blended with your recommended dose of sea moss gel (1 tablespoon- Kids under 12. 2 tablespoons adults and adolescents 12 and over).

Kids can enjoy one pouch a day! Adults and adolescents 12 and up can enjoy up to 2 pouches a day!
